KO and it was a fairly even first 5 mins. Egremont gradually pushed Keswick back towards their try line. After a couple of failed attempts to break through, Egremont put the ball out wide and Pater put it over the line to take the first try of the game.
Shortly after the restart, Keswick pushed out wide after winning a scrum to take it to

Egremont KO and the ref ruled a Keswick player to be offside. Egremont push forward and Forster bursts through Keswick’s defence to make it 10-5
The rain is proving difficult for the girls as multiple knock ons are given by the ref.
Egremont win a scrum in their own half, Richardson makes some ground but takes a tackle. The ball gets pushed left and Foxwell puts it under the sticks.
Bragg then successfully puts it over the bar.

Egremont come out fast from the kick off, Foxwell barges through the Keswick defence and offloads to Southwood who put it in the far corner.

Keswick take advantage of the KO and press Egremont hard and the ref blows this whistle 5 yards off the line. Keswick push forward and despite Egremont’s tough defending, Keswick put it over the line and take a conversion.

A scrappy few mins for both teams and Richardson clears out a ruck and Egremont win the ball back. The ball goes left to Foxwell who makes some yards then offloads to Pater to put it over the line for her second try of the day. Bragg then calmly puts it through the sticks.
Final score 29-12
Egremont now in the U16s Cumbria Cup Final.
