Our club is delighted that Naomi Brennan has been selected in the England U18 Squad for the Six Nations Tournament. Naomi joined our rugby development programme when she was 6 years old and played in our mixed sex Mini teams up to the age of 12, where her skill and tenacity shone through even at that early stage in her career.
Congratulations to Naomi for all of her dedication and hard work, and to her dad Paul and Iain Messenger for the coaching that they provided at the start of Naomi's career.
Naomi will represent England for the first time when England U18's play Scotland at Tynedale RUFC on Saturday 19th February. This will be the first time that Naomi has played at Tynedale since she played there with our U12 team in 2016. Fantastic achievement Naomi.
